Let me start by saying, I do not give many reviews nor do I take my time to flatter anyone. But, when it comes to Solis Midtown, the team (Aubrey, Matthew, Christina, and others) as well as, the night security (Kimberly and Chris). I cannot express how happy and satisfied I am with how things are and have been coming along. The team at Solis Midtown is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that all of your questions are answered and all of your concerns are put to ease. Not because it is their job but because they care about the community and they want to see it thrive along with the booming city that is Charlotte.

I was shocked by how amazing this apartment was. Peri was so pleasant and answered all my questions. It literally feels like a resort and I am so excited to move in. I feel like I have everything I need right in my apartment building all for a well deserve price for the area.

From the moment my spouse and I walked into The Solis Midtown's modern sleek lobby, we were treated like we were already tenants. We were both greeted by the lovely Aubrey. She was very kind and warm welcoming. Further more, Katie Rise was extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable. In other words, let's just say Katie Rise rises to the occasion. Therefore if you want a safe clean place to live with great staff and great amenities, then I would say Solis Midtown is the place!!

This property is so beautiful and serene! I had the pleasure of touring with Jenny Kim. She was so professional and personable, which made my decision very easy. I knew I was ready to call this place home before we even got to the unit! The amenities and focus on wellness are a major bonus. The location of Solis midtown is very accessible to great walking trails and nearby stores. Definitely worth checking out - you won’t regret it!
